# Real asset tokenization

The RWA\_NOVA platform provides an innovative process of converting real assets into digital tokens. The process includes the following steps:

1. **Asset Valuation and Verification** : Evaluate the value of a real asset and confirm its legal ownership.&#x20;
2. **Digital Token Issuance** : Based on the evaluated assets, digital tokens are issued through blockchain technology. This token digitally represents the ownership of the assets.&#x20;
3. **Smart Contract Settings** : Create smart contracts that set the conditions necessary for the transaction and management of assets. This ensures that the transaction of assets is automated and transparent.&#x20;
4. **Token Distribution** : Distributes issued tokens to property owners, who can then trade or invest in them.
